A VPS can be rebooted using the VPS control panel by following these steps:
Select the VPS section from the control panel.
Select Options > Manage for the VPS in question.
Within the server overview dashboard, select Reboot
This will then force a reboot of the virtual machine. Once you select this option, you should see the VPS status change and it should begin booting again.
